We <3 Bemidji! Our competitive group “Aurora” came in 9th, just missing the Gold division final. “Rose,” comprised of our recreational paddlers, improved race by race and at the end of the day made it into the Bronze division final. With the help of Aurora teammates screaming encouragement from shore, Rose bested the field in the final by 2+ seconds, and captured the bronze trophy. It was an ALL-CLUB win for MNDBC–especially those paddlers in their first-ever racing experience! Thanks to all who made the Bemidji festival a special one for our club!
