Warming up at a practice, July 10, 2021

Meet at the Phalen Park Beach (1400 Phalen Dr, St Paul, MN 55106) at 5:30 to sign in; we’ll warm up at 5:45 and after a short on-land training session, we will get you out on a dragon boat! You’ll be on the water from about 6-7 pm, and after a brief cool-down, and Q&A, you’re on your way to the rest of your evening.
